What kind of features does the 2021 Gladiator offer?

Drivers have four Gladiator trim levels to choose from. The base Sport trim comes outfitted with cruise control, a 5" touchscreen with Jeep's Uconnect infotainment system, one USB port, crank windows, a 8-speaker sound system, a folding soft top, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, a fold-down front windshield, and removable doors. The upper trim levels add a 7" touchscreen, automatic climate control, smartphone integration, power door and tailgate locks, additional USB ports, and automatic headlights. Off-roading features include locking front and rear differentials, fox shock absorbers, all-terrain tires, reinforced frames, suspension lifts, and skid plates.

Can you talk about the engine options offered for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator?

There are two engine options available for the Gladiator in the 2021 model year. The base engine is a 285 hp 3.6-liter V6 that generates up to 260 lb-ft of torque. The second engine offered, new for the 2021 model year, is a 260 hp turbocharged diesel powered V6 that creates 442 lb-ft of torque. There are two transmission options available, a manual 6-speed and an automatic 8-speed. Four-wheel drive is standard with every Gladiator trim level and both engine options.

To make taking on the toughest trails and commuting to and from work safe, the Gladiator lineup comes outfitted with a host of safety features. Standing out from the rest are forward collision mitigation that warns the driver of an impending collision and can apply the brakes if the driver does not intervene in time, blind-spot monitoring to make lane changes safer, rear parking sensors, and adaptive cruise control that alters the speed to maintain the set distance from the vehicle ahead when the speed of traffic changes.
