Standing Out In The Crowd

In a world filled with SUVs and pickup trucks, muscle cars like the Dodge Charger stand out from the crowd. But as more drivers want fuel-efficient models and automakers are meeting the need, the 2023 Dodge Charger looks to be in its final year as a muscle car with a massive internal combustion engine (ICE).

What’s new in the 2023 Dodge Charger is a ride down memory lane, with new colors, special badging, and the last chance of getting your hands on a model with a Hemi V8. The team at Gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM loves the newest and final Dodge Charger 2023 models.

The Last Call Plaque

The 2023 Dodge Charger performance certainly won’t disappoint. The standard engine in the SXT and GT trims continues to be the 3.6-liter V6 with 300 horsepower and 264 lb-ft of torque. The R/T has the 5.7-liter V8 HEMI with 370 horsepower and 395 lb-ft of torque. Drivers who need more can turn to the 6.4-liter V8 with 485 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque in the Scat Pack models. All models have an eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and most trims have available all-wheel drive.

As an homage to the final year of the Charger as we know it, the R/T models will have a “345” badge on the front fender to commemorate the V8 engine. All 2023 Charger models will have a “Last Call” plaque under the hood showing the end of the ICE powertrains.

The 2023 Dodge Charger will come in popular colors from the early days of the muscle car era. You’ll be able to order your Charger in Plum Crazy, Sublime Green, and B5 Blue to turn heads as you cruise around.

Tech And Safety Features

The Dodge Charger infotainment technology uses the intuitive and user-friendly Uconnect system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and other popular apps on either a 7.0-inch or 8.4-inch touchscreen.

The Dodge Charger safety technology comes standard with the Parkview Rear Back-Up Camera and Rear Parking Sensors. Optional features include Dodge safety technology like the Blind Spot Monitoring System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Rear Cross-Path Detection, Lane Departure Warning, and Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning.

Additional safety and security features on all models – including the Charger SRT Hellcat – include Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, and Speed Traction Control.
